We're renting out a room in our collective from the beginning of January for at least one semester.
The room is 7ish squaremetres and if you wish to it's possible to purchase the mattress and lamp from the previous tenant. Aside from that the room is non-furnished.
The flat is located at Vildanden, a student area which is a 10 minute bike ride to the Lund city centre. There are also buses which go to the city centre from close by.
We are currently two people living here, here's a short introduction:
Philip: I'm 20 years old, from Stockholm originally and am currently studying social work. I've been in Lund for a year and the contract of the apartment is in my name. I'm an extroverted person who enjoys the company of others. I also like cooking and I'm a huge nerd.
Marina: Marina is 19 years old, from Cologne, Germany and is studying development studies. She's been in Lund for one semester and is an extroverted, outgoing person. She's a very artsy person who does a lot of painting, she plays the guitar, and writes a lot.
